Your order will packaged with soooo much heart and care, before being collected from our home in inner Brisbane by AusPost or Sendle, within 1-3 business days of purchase. Exceptions may apply to this during sale periods, missed collections by couriers or if specified on the website announcement bar (ie. personal holiday leave).

If a pre-order item is included with your order, all items will be shipped together upon stock arriving. Please send me an email if you need your order split.

Is shipping included in the price?

I am pumped to be able to give you Free Standard Shipping Australia wide via when you spend $150 in one order! Yay! If your order is under this amount or you live Internationally, your shipping options will be visible upon checkout.

Express Shipping, this is also available for a small additional cost and can be selected at checkout. 

Do you give a sh*t about the environment?

I am striving to make as many aspects of my business environmentally friendly/considered while reducing the use of plastics. I will post your order in a Compostable Mailing Bag or Flat Rate AusPost Boxes (easy to re-use or recycle), with a Compostable Postage Label and any tape used, it's also Compostable! Our home/office is also Solar Powered (with battery storage) and we take our personal recycling practices seriously too.

How do I know where my order is?

I know what it's like when you are keen for your goodies to arrive and you want to keep tabs on your package's movements. I will forward your tracking number via email upon shipment, which will typically occur 1-3 business days after your purchase is processed (please, please, PLEASE check your Junk folder for this email, as they like to sneak in there...).

Please be aware of possibly postage delays with Australia Post during peak periods such as Christmas or during unforeseen weather disruptions. For more information please check the AusPost website. 

Returns Policy & Exchanges

I take absolute pride in providing you with high quality products and I personally conduct quality checks on everything shipped out. In the unlikely event there is a defect with a product you receive, I am happy offer an exchange or refund, providing you meet certain requirements.

Please email us at admin@fivehearts.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details, accompanied by photo evidence of any faults or issues found with your order.

We kindly request you return your item(s) via AusPost to address PO Box 256, Greenslopes QLD 4120, within 14 days of item being received and in new, unused condition. We are happy to provide a printable shipping label to cover the cost of this return and can reimburse you for purchase of a shipping box if required. 

If you do not wish for an exchange upon return of faulty product, a $20 fee will be deducted from any refund, to cover a portion of the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund if we deem these requirements are not met.

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind and carefully note care details for our throws and information surrounding possible slight colour differences in online images versus in person.

Proof of purchase will be required and refunds will be processed via the same payment method/card used for the original purchase. 

Any damage caused due to poor care, incorrect use or not following correct washing instructions, is something I do not hold any liability for. Care instructions can be found under the listing for each product or feel free to reach out. Most of our pieces are tapestry woven and need to be properly cared for.
