    Note: Colours may appear differently in person due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings. Slight variations may occur during the weaving process.
    Care

    To ensure the longevity of your throw, please ensure you follow the below instructions. Incorrect care is at your own risk.

    - Spot clean or hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water where possible.

    - If you need to, machine wash separately on a cold delicate/gentle cycle. Front loader recommended.

    - Line dry only.

    - Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not vacuum. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not use bleach. 

    Take care with sharp objects and avoid pulling threads. If this occurs, please use a pair of tweezers and some patience to gently pull this thread along, until you reach the edge and trim.

    Please note your throw may shrink slightly after its first wash due to the nature of woven cotton.

    This big-enough-for-everyone throw is made of 100% recycled cotton, perfect for taking it out for beach days, picnics, and any other adventures you can dream up. The happy, bright yellows along with the sun and flower shapes featured in this design, will evoke that feeling of warmth and joy. It is a reminder to see the bright side of life - Even on those stormy days, know that Better Day's are ahead.

    The story behind the design...

    I started the idea for designing throws while battling post-natal depression and anxiety. After giving birth to my 3rd son I initially adapted very well but when he clicked over 6 months old, I no longer felt like myself. After both seeking professional help and searching to find my own therapies, I rediscovered my love of graphic design.

    In all areas of my life it became about focusing on details and adapting mindfulness - finding beauty in the simple things. This design focuses on flower and sun shapes surround by yellows, as with colour therapy, yellows help create the feeling of joy, confidence and enthusiasm while helping alleviate feelings of depression. Therein lies the birth of Five Hearts and this throw aptly named ‘Better Days’. 

     

    To help support others who may be experiencing perinatal anxiety and/or depression, we are proud to donate $5 from each 'Better Days' throw sold to PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia).

    PANDA supports women, men and families across Australia affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and in the first year of parenthood. PANDA operates Australia’s only National Helpline for individuals and their families to recover from perinatal anxiety and depression, a serious illness that affects up to one in five expecting or new mums and one in ten expecting or new dads.

    Worth the wait!

    I am absolutely in love with my Better Days throw. I had been following Steph for more than a year and knew I just had to order a throw from her and I FINALLY decided which one I wanted. Recycled fibres are a huge tick for me and the fact that $5 from each throw is donated to PANDA is even better.

    A years worth of love

    I bought this throw a year ago when it was first released and it still looks just as great as when I first got it! I’ve literally taken it all the way to the Northern Territory, it’s perfect for snuggling at home but also for all your outdoor adventures as well!
