Care

To ensure the longevity of your throw, please ensure you follow the below instructions. Incorrect care is at your own risk.

- Spot clean or hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water where possible.

- If you need to, machine wash separately on a cold delicate/gentle cycle. Front loader recommended.

- Line dry only.

- Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not vacuum. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not use bleach. 

Take care with sharp objects and avoid pulling threads. If this occurs, please use a pair of tweezers and some patience to gently pull this thread along, until you reach the edge and trim.

Please note your throw may shrink slightly after its first wash due to the nature of woven cotton.

The story behind my design...

I have always been in awe of the sky. As both a child and adult, I have loved laying back on a throw, gazing up to the sky and letting my imagination run wild, as I creatively discover pictures within clouds as they float by. For me, there's a certain magic and peace in clouds and when we talk about our loved ones who have passed to our little boys, we always say they are up in the clouds...

One afternoon as I sat under open skies, with large trees framing my view while my middle son had soccer training, I felt pulled to start drawing on my iPad. Within less than an hour, in a calm and an almost meditative state, the framework of 'Blue Skies' was born.

Christmas present.

If it's anything like the response I got from my Dad, then his neighbour will be over the moon with their gift. Dad just couldn't say enough about how nice it was while he was wrapped up on my balcony.

Literally my FAV!

I own 5 of Five Hearts beautiful throws and each one is absolutely stunning! But I think blue skies is my new favourite! The colours are stunning and it is SO SOFT! I just love how easy they are to wash after two toddlers spending all day picnicking on them! They come out of the wash, just as perfect as when I first get them!
