OUR MOST SOUGHT-AFTER DESIGN - SOLD OUT 8 TIMES!!

Re-igniting her passion for being connected to Culture and Country while learning more about her mob; Kalkadoon woman & Five Hearts owner, Steph, explored the powerful way in which her ancestors used art in story telling to tell her own story, hence this aptly named design, 'Coming Home'.

    - Warm pink tones, yellows and earthy colours
    - Reverse features shades of blues, purples + greens
    - A beautiful thick weave with dusty pink fringing

    The story behind my design...

This throw design started as a re-connection back to myself, my culture and my ancestors which I explored through painting on a large canvas, creating each stroke and each individual dot while laying on the floor of my home, over many weeks. It tells the story of my family back in my home town on Kalkadoon Country ('Emu Foot Province'), my husbands family in a separate town and our journey over mountains and along waterways to come together and create our own little mob of five. My great-grandmother, the strong Indigenous matriarch of my family and the most amazing person I've ever known, is represented with one star and the greatly missed and loving father of my husband, Chris' dad, is represented with the second star.

For each 'Coming Home' throw sold, $10 will be donated to The Indigenous Literacy Foundation which will help to supply books to children in remote communities. To make an additional donation or find out more about this brilliant initiative, please click here.

    Happy beyond words!

Absolutely love my blanket, we are in Karratha WA and I wanted something special to represent our time here in this magical place that has a strong indigenous precence. My daughters actually bought this for mums day which made it extra special. We take it everywhere and so many people have commented on how beautiful it is! Also shakes off sand and pilbara dust off pretty easy and folds back up in the handy carry bag, thank you for creating such a beautiful piece and sharing it with everyone Im so happy with mine and the size is great too easily fits 5-6 people on it
